India v Pakistan, Manchester United v Arsenal Had Ranveer Singh “Bhaari Multitasking”

Sunday was a sporting bonanza as India took on Pakistan in the Asian Cup and at the same time Premier League giants Manchester United took on current leaders Arsenal. Bollywood star, Ranveer Singh like many fans couldn’t decide which of the two tantalizing clashes to watch and ended up following both. How? Well, multiple screens of course, and some “bhaari multi-tasking”. Ranveer took to Twitter to share a photo where the India v Pakistan game could be seen on TV, and his favorite team Arsenal’s game on a tablet in front of the TV.

“BHAARI MULTI-TASKING,” he captioned the photo, along with a laughing emoji.

The night likely ended in disappointment for Ranveer, as India traveled to Pakistan in a thriller in Dubai, while Manchester United beat Arsenal 3-1 at Old Trafford.

A brilliant 60 from 44 deliveries from Virat Kohli, coupled with an aggressive start from fly-half Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, took India 181/7 in the Asian Cup Super 4 clash.

However, that wasn’t enough as Mohammad Rizwan (71 out of 51) and Mohammad Nawaz (42 out of 20) staged Pakistan’s chase perfectly and they ended up winning with a delivery to spare.

Promoted

In Manchester, it was an early goal from Antony that gave United the lead over Arsenal. The Gunners came back through a strike from Bukayo Saka but Marcus Rashford hit a brace to give the Red Devils their fourth win in a row.

The consolation for Ranveer will be that Arsenal are still at the top of the Premier League table and India can still participate in the Asian Cup.
