The 10,000 square foot store space, which is based at the company’s headquarters in Shooter’s Hill, Manchester, was completed in less than 12 months, becoming the second supermarket for Isratech, which built its first in Montego Bay , St James, in 2018.
“We will be adding 2,000 new items to our retail store to better serve our valued customers,” said new general manager Benjie Hodara, who took over from his father.
Hodara revealed that the company had already secured land in the heart of Kingston to expand the branch in the capital.
Through its three divisions, Drip Irrigation, Isratech Waterworks and Isratech Energy Solutions, Isratech offers products and services that appeal to people in agricultural, municipal, industrial, commercial and residential areas.

Prime Minister Andrew Holness, who delivered the keynote address at the official launch on Wednesday, said he would continue to support businesses and businesses that continue to help grow the economy. The Prime Minister also visited the parish earlier this month to launch work on a business process outsourcing center in Mandeville.
“I want to draw attention to the fact that even during the pandemic and after the pandemic, Jamaican businesses continue to invest, which is a very good sign that there is strong confidence in our economy,” said- he pointed out.
Holness commended the company for its services in providing advanced technology in agriculture, energy and building its manufacturing capabilities to meet world-class standards and requirements.
“You are now entering a new phase in your development. You’re not just bringing supplies to distribute, you’re manufacturing here and I’m glad to hear that you’re selling to the rest of the region and Central America and getting into the logistics business.
